This project is part of a Leadership Fundamentals series. The Portland Trail Blazers Rip City Compliance course was crafted using Articulate Rise 360, enriched with custom graphics from the Trail Blazers' extensive library. The course is designed to be interactive and engaging, incorporating activities and scenario-based assessments to ensure a thorough understanding of the material.
Utilizing the ADDIE model as a framework, I collaborated closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders throughout the development process. We meticulously mapped out the workflow, created detailed storyboards, and refined drafts to produce a comprehensive training module. This project also includes a quick start guide and links to essential organizational forms. (Note: Company guides and forms are not included in this example.)
This project was developed from Articulate Rise 360, with some graphics I've also created. It has interactive activities and a scenario based knowledge check, one was developed with Articulate Storyline, and linked into the Articulate Rise course.
Like all trainings I've developed, I was following the ADDIE model. I worked closely with SME's and Stakeholders to go over the workflow, put a storyboard together, collaborated the drafts and any additional training materials that is needed.
This project includes a quick start guide and links to forms within the company. (Company Guides and Forms not included in this example.) After the module was completed, it was loaded into the Learning Management System (LMS) for pilot training, then assigned out.
This project was also developed to all business lines in a collaborative, passionate, and innovative company to go over ESG (Environmental, Sustainability, and Governance) and the importance of sustainability.
This lesson included a one-pager for download, interactions, a Vyond video and knowledge checks. Communications were also sent out to all-employees via email and in the intranet that included a one-pager that I have put together to prepare for the course and give a little bit of details of what ESG stood for.
Once ready, the course was assigned to all-employees through the LMS. This course was also added into the learning plan for onboarding.
Please reach out to Emily for more samples of eLearning courses and other training materials by requesting in the Contact page. Due to company policies, I will only share on a request basis.
